Arrangements...
As a service
to you, we coordinate with your insurance company. You are required to
meet your deductible and pay your portion (as determined by your insurance
provider) at the time of your visit. We will file your claim and wait
for payment by your insurance, however, you are responsible for any un-paid
portion.
Payment:
Dental Associates will gladly accept most major credit and debit cards
(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). We also accept personal
checks, money orders, and of course cash. Please let us know if you are
interested in this option as we can provide you with information that
you will find to be helpful.
